What To Expect
The Pre-Visit
First and foremost come as you are. Please feel free to be yourself as you treat yourself to much needed self care at Soleil Blanc Salon.

Bring 1-2 pictures for inspiration (or when you loved your hair last), one front & one back. If you haven't filled out your New Guest Intake Form, please do so. It helps me understand what you want. Yes, I study them before you come in because I'm organized and care a lot. Feel free to bring things that will help you unwind; such as the current book you're reading. If you have a chemical service appointment do eat beforehand as these appointments can take 2+ hours. Though, if you're hungry, there are healthy snacks & drinks waiting for you. There is a basket of fidget toys, but feel free to bring your own.

Please have hair freshly washed with no product & down so I can understand how your hair lies naturally. This gives me a better understanding on how to properly shape your hair.
The Appointment
You and I will discuss your hair goals and I'll give you my professional suggestions. Assessing your eye color, skin-tone & skin complexion will help me determine our technique & color to be used.
We will also talk about your daily hair routine, wash routine to help find you the right products to recreate your style at home while maintaining the vibrancy of your new color or highlights.
I always do a 5 minute consultation in the chair before we begin. After listening to your concerns and questions, I will ask if I may give my suggestions. I will never do anything you do not want, but if I feel my suggestion will help you get to your hair goals, I'll be honest. I will never touch your hair without your permission first, because I respect your personal space.

I play instrumental café vibe music, but please feel free to ask me to turn off the music or play anything you want. I love music, so I am down to hear new music anytime.
After Goodbye
Once you've left your salon appointment refrain from shampooing your hair for 48-hours (2 days).

You've either re-booked your next appointment, or were given a time frame for when to return. You'll receive notifications for both as reminders. I will never push re-booking while in the salon.
