Should I wash my hair before my appointment?

Yes! Having a clean canvas free of product(s) helps ensure color & toners to adhere to your hair. Highlights will be more bright and less yellow when hair is clean.

No ponytails, braid, clips, etc., to ensure there are no bumps in your hair to create beautiful color.

Can I tip on my card?

Sure. No need to bring cash.

Can I pay with a card?

Absolutely! No checks, please.

What is a silent appointment?

A silent appointment is when I would talk about your hair only when necessary. This is a great opportunity for you to relax and not have to think about anything else. I have a flip chip on my mirror that has two options; chill or chat. You may choose to change your mind at anytime during your stay to chat or not to chat. Isn't that cool?

Can I bring someone with me? Or have a service animal?

While space is limited, you may bring one person with you. Please be sure your company is not a minor for safety reasons. There are chemicals & hot tools in our space.

Service pets are welcome. Please have them wear their proper uniform. Communicate that they are accompanying you so I can prep our space to accommodate them.
